RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At KSstoresss, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review the return and refund terms below.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery, unless a product listing specifically states a different return period.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the condition described in the product listing.
  • The item must be returned with any included accessories, packaging, manuals, or other components when applicable.
  • The item must not have been damaged, altered, misused, or intentionally modified by the customer.
  • Proof of purchase may be required.

Certain products may be non-returnable when stated in the individual product listing.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear may depend on your payment provider or financial institution.

Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, a defective product, or applicable law requires otherwise.

Return Shipping

If a return is requested because the customer changed their mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer wants the product, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is caused by an incorrect, defective, or damaged item attributable to KSstoresss, we may provide appropriate return instructions.

Unauthorized Returns

Please contact us before sending an item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
