SHIPPING POLICY

Welcome to kMco2. We are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please review the following Shipping Policy before placing an order.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not normally processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

During periods of high order volume, promotions, holidays, or unexpected circumstances, processing may take longer. If there is a significant delay, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination, shipping method, product availability, and fulfillment location.

Typical estimated delivery:

United States: 3-5 business days
International: 7–25 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may be affected by weather, customs, carrier delays, incorrect addresses, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Some products may have different shipping times. If a product has a specific shipping estimate, that estimate will be displayed on its product page or during checkout.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout unless a product or promotion specifically states that shipping is free.

Shipping charges may vary depending on the product, destination, package size, weight, and selected shipping method.

4. Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, a tracking number may be provided to the email address entered during checkout.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after the order has been shipped.

If your tracking information has not updated for several days, please contact us at ksprono00@gmail.com.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we may be unable to change the shipping address after the order has been processed or shipped.

If your order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before we can resend the order.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, kMco2 is not responsible for packages that are subsequently lost or stolen.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at ksprono00@gmail.com and provide your order number and photographs of the damaged package and product.

We will review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with our policies and applicable law.

7. Delayed Orders

Occasionally, orders may experience delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, transportation disruptions, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances outside our control.

A shipping delay does not automatically qualify an order for a refund.

If your order appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us so we can assist you.

8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees may apply depending on the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

kMco2 is not responsible for delays caused by customs or government authorities.

9. Multiple Items in One Order

Depending on product availability and fulfillment locations, items from the same order may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times.

You may receive separate tracking numbers for different packages.

10. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may not be available for shipment to certain locations due to supplier restrictions, carrier limitations, customs regulations, or applicable laws.

If we are unable to ship an order to your location, we may contact you to arrange an alternative solution or provide a refund when appropriate.
